Mr Stephen Higgs is currently Independent Director and Chairman of Mt Difficulty Wines, Central Otago, and one of two Independent Directors of Motor Trade Finances Ltd. Mr Higgs is also a founding partner of the accounting and business advisory firm Polson Higgs and has had extensive experience in commercial matters over a period of 25 years. The Board considers that Mr Higgs is an Independent Director for the purposes of the Listing Rules.

Dr John William Forrest

Dr Forrest is a viticulturist and wine maker at Forrest Estate Winery in Marlborough, a venture that he has developed from scratch to a 60 hectare vineyard producing 50,000 cases of wines per annum. He is presently a member of the Wine Growers Research Council of New Zealand and has been since 1993. He is also a board member of Marlborough Wine Valley, which is a marketing and promotions company. Dr Forrest was also a member of the New Zealand Grape Grower’s Council from 1991-1999.

Mr Michael James Mellon

Mr Mellon, is a director of Melic Innovators Limited. Melic Innovators Limited previously operated Bush Road Limited, a prominent food processor in Mosgiel. Mr Mellon has, in the past, been Chairman of Summerfruit Orchards Limited, Earnscleugh and a director of Barkers and NZ Blackcurrants Limited.

Mr Timothy John Dunn

Mr Dunn, with 27 years experience, is a lead partner in the Dunedin office of accounting and business advisory firm Polson Higgs. He advises a wide range of business's in both the commercial and rural sector and has held directorships in a range of private companies. He has experience with Central Otago viticulture developments and the commercialisation of start-up technology companies.
